Members like you always ask thoughtful questions to GTEA officers. Here are some of the most frequent questions and responses.

You can join GTEA by filling out the form on WEAC.org. See the Join page.

Members can start by attending GTEA meetings. They can also serve on committees like bargaining, as a campus representative, or as an officer.

You can notify us that you need an advisory meeting or representation by emailing us, filling out the contact form, or talking with a union rep.

GTEA members are conservatives, moderates, and liberals. All are welcome. All value having a say in the educational conditions at our college.

GTEA is the union and bargaining unit for professional educators at Gateway Technical College in Southeastern Wisconsin.
