GTEA members are conservatives, moderates, and liberals. All are welcome. All value having a say in the educational conditions at our college.

Yes, GTEA advocates for salary schedules to ensure fair and transparent pay. Here's the 2011 salary schedule from our last contract, a 2025 salary schedule updated for inflation, and Talent and Culture's salary structure.
